Order & Shipping
Orders placed on Zazaklub.com are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) 8am to 3pm EST and shipped within 48-72 hours pending payment authorization and verification.
All orders are shipped from our New York warehouse. Any order placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be sent out on the following Monday.
We ship domestic orders using UPS/Fedex ground. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Ground shipping takes around 3-6 days to arrive after being picked up by our courier.
Once you've placed your order with Zazaklubs, you'll receive an email confirmation shortly after. This email will serve as confirmation that we've received your order and it's being processed.
Shortly after your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing your tracking information. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you. Simply click on the provided link in the email or enter the tracking number on our website's tracking page to view the status of your delivery in real-time.
Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location/region.
